Why We re Hiring?
To support our expansion and ensure top-level service, we're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with daily operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and performance management.
The Assistant General Manager will lead operations, manage and develop staff, maintain safety and quality standards, control costs, and drive revenue. This role is hands-on, guest-focused, and strategically important.
Role Overview :
- Oversee park and caf operations;
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance;
- Drive process improvements;
- Hire, train, certify, and evaluate staff;
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture;
- Lead coaching and mentorship;
- Ensure exceptional guest service;
- Address feedback and reduce negative reviews;
- Increase return rates and guest loyalty;
- Monitor and manage revenue, costs (including beverage and food), utilities;
- Analyze P&L and suggest efficiency measures;
- Deliver reports and development plans;
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and training records;
- Ensure safety standards, licenses, legal and mall compliance;
- Coordinate mall relations, marketing activations, and joint events.
Expected Results :
- 95% of revenue plan achieved within 3 months; 100% within 6 months;
- Certified staff trained in Bitrix24, CRM, menu knowledge, SOP;
- Beverage and food cost maintained within set limits;
- Staff turnover, injuries, and audit violations within target;
- 100% compliance in logs, cash handling, and legal documentation;
- Internal motivation and KPI system implemented successfully.
Experience & Skills :
- 5+ years in HoReCa, entertainment, or hospitality leadership;
- Strong in operations, cost control, and team development;
- Proficient in CRM, Bitrix24, POS, and task management tools;
- Excellent in communication, planning, and analytical thinking;
- Resilient, ethical, proactive, and passionate about family-oriented service;
- Fluent command of English.
