The Role

• Build and lead a new CAPEX organization with full accountability for project lifecycle from budget to commissioning across two production sites
• Design and implement organizational structure for CAPEX department; recruit and lead a team of project managers and engineers
• Develop and execute CAPEX budget aligned with company strategy; deliver monthly performance reports to Industrial Director and Management Team
• Lead cross-functional CAPEX committee and project review meetings to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Draft technical specifications for tenders and project schedules; coordinate tasks and monitor contractor performance
• Establish project documentation management systems; monitor investment file implementation and payment schedules
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Production, Quality and Safety departments
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements; manage government authority interactions; oversee contract documentation and tendering processes

The Candidate

• Engineering degree (technical/industrial); legal or financial education is an advantage
• 5+ years managing complex, large investment projects
• Proven experience building or restructuring teams; strong leadership skills
• Strategic thinking with "big picture" vision; expert project management skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with at all organizational levels
• Speaking English required.
