Our portfolio includes large-scale residential projects such as Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, and Layan Verde, as well as the VillaCarte real estate agency, the Sabai proptech project, and the La Green hotel.As we prepare to launch our apartment handover program starting January 2026, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Support & Handover Manager to combine sales documentation support with end-to-end coordination of the handover process for our investors.Key Focus AreasPre-Sales Documentation Support Prepare quotations, reservation forms, and agreements for new deals based on sales team requests Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and properly formatted Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and usability for the sales team Handover Coordination Manage the end-to-end handover process as completed apartments are transferred to investors starting January 2026 Coordinate inspections, documentation, and investor communication throughout the handover Liaise with construction, legal, and property management teams to ensure smooth and timely handovers Reporting & Operational Support Prepare regular sales and handover-related reports for management Work closely with the sales team and handover lead to ensure smooth administrative processes Support structured, reliable data across both functions We Expect You to Have Strong stress resilience and ability to multitask across two functions Excellent document management and organizational skills Experience working with CRM systems (any system — we use Zoho, easy to learn) Confident use of PC tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF tools) Structured, reliable, and process-oriented working style Real estate experience is a strong plus, ideally with exposure to the handover/delivery process Language Requirements Professional working proficiency in English (C1) Confident communication in an international business environment (with investors and partners) We Offer Hybrid work format: sales office + remote (approx. 50/50) Fixed days off (aligned in advance, always on weekdays) Relocation support for foreign employees, including office laptop, phone, and SIM card Access to Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Zoho Stable, long-term role in an international real estate group with growth potential as the handover function scales If you are ready to support high-performing sales teams while building and leading a brand-new handover process in an international real estate environment — we are waiting for you on our team.
