Название позиции: Finance Business Partner (Frontier Markets) outsourced position Key responsibilities: Responsible for timely and accurate performance of month-end closing activities, related to Frontier Markets (Sales, Gross Profit and OPEX); Provide insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting; Support Financial planning cycles, including detailed OPEX and P&L consolidation; Support presentations development as well as complex financial analysis performance; Ensure that all KPIs are aligned with Frontier and Finance teams as well as support the overall Company strategy; Manage master data for operational cost to ensure required level of monitoring and disaggregation, including allocation key; Support Finance lead in monthly preparation of Business performance review deck, including deep dive analysis on various financial cases; Regular monitoring of operational costs and comparison to financial budget, communication with key budget holders and support the overall process improvement; Working closely with business stakeholders providing analytical and financial support while providing more in-depth insights to ensure these are based on sound planning assumptions & resource decisions are prioritized & optimized across the business area. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, data analytics, business, management; Related field Minimum of 3 years of experience; Experience in Financial analysis / reporting is required; Communication skills and ability to persuade teammates on financial topics will be a strong plus; Ability to work in high speed, dynamic and multi-task environment; Analytical mindset and business acumen.
