Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of cross-functional finance projects — from idea to implementation. Support the Deputy CFO in strategic, operational, and ad-hoc initiatives across all business units. Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case preparation for new products, markets, and investments. Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide practical recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring where required. Participate in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, treasury, funding, and regulatory projects. Drive the implementation of new financial processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives. Perform deep analytical reviews, investigate unusual trends, and independently identify root causes of business issues. Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments requiring rapid learning and execution. Requirements Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Transaction Services, Consulting, Big4, or FinTech. Strong analytical mindset and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business areas. Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver practical solutions. Strong financial modelling and Excel skills. Experience working with large datasets and business analytics. Good understanding of IFRS and management reporting. Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior management. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) in day-to-day work. Experience working with AI in agentic mode Fluent English. Preferred ACCA / CFA / CPA / CMA / DipIFR certification. Experience in consumer finance, lending, or fintech. Experience in project management and process improvement. Experience working in international groups with multiple jurisdictions. Experience implementing AI solutions to drive efficiency in finance functions.
