We serve the US and English-speaking markets, offering premium tours with a longer customer decision journey.As our Email Marketing Manager, you will own LH Tours’ email marketing channels, building meaningful communication with both our warm audience from the Lev Haolam community and new leads. You’ll take campaigns from idea to execution, creating engaging content that nurtures trust, inspires travel, and supports customers throughout their decision-making journey. What You’ll Do Own and manage email marketing for LH Tours. Plan and execute segmented email campaigns and social content for both existing subscribers and new leads. Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns, including lead nurturing, abandoned booking, and re-engagement flows. Create engaging, story-driven content that builds trust and inspires customers throughout their journey. Write compelling copy and collaborate on the visual execution of emails and social content using AI-powered design tools. Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize engagement and conversion. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in email marketing. Experience managing campaigns from idea to execution. Strong English writing skills (B2+; C1 is a plus) with the ability to create engaging content for an English-speaking audience. Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo is a plus) and customer segmentation. Basic understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign optimization. Comfortable using AI tools to improve content creation and workflow. A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience marketing to US-based customer audiences. Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, DTC, or subscription businesses. Experience working with long customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns. Work Conditions Remote-first, full-time position with flexible working hours.
