Oil and Gas Company is looking for IM Project Manager! Basic Functions : Establish, implement, supervise and coordinate the project document control function to recover and manage the technical information in Moscow Technical / Business Skills: Good experience in a Document Management/proven oil & gas industry experience Ability to evaluate the procedures of design and work method for Documentum/other EDMS Ability to develop, review and update corporate IM standards Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of staff interface with all groups within the Engineering, Construction, O&M, G&G, Procurement and Corporate organisation Ability to manage and encourage support staff in order to improve their performance Significant self-starter skills and a high level of initiative Interpersonal Skills: Good communicator in both Russian & English/Spanish languages Ability to coordinate with project engineers Document Management Processes: Methods of investigation, analysis, design and development of documentation systems Document lifecycle, workflow Archiving arrangement Database security settings, users permissions Metadata management Cataloguing Scanning, copying Competencies: Fluent English or Spanish Basic knowledge of Documentum/EPFM/other EDMS Significant knowledge of international document management standards: ISO, PPDM, DAMA, etc. Document Management Systems Audit Share Point MS Office Business & Industry Experience: 5+ years experience in Document Control Educational Attainments: University Degree in Geology/Geophysics/Engineering Contract duration - 4 months, renewable based on performance.
