Large oil and gas company is urgently looking for Personnel Logistics Coordinator Start Date: ASAP Terms: 1 year contract, renewable - Full-time, overtime expected Minimum Requirements: Experience: minimum 2 years experience in personnel logistics Language: Advanced English & Russian Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Job Description: Planning & execution of personnel logistics for the project (onshore and offshore) including: accommodation, meet & greet, and travel (rail, fixed wing, helicopter, bus, crew boat) Prepare forecasts of personnel movement Oversight of contractor logistics processes, review & comment on plans Prepare written procedures for field personnel Prepare presentations/literature/schedules related to personnel logistics Coordinate crew transfer with offshore logistics Manage site specialists (Nogliki, Yuzhno) Interface with company regulatory group Interface with company HSE Interface with RF government authorities in terms of migration control Prepare manifests/reports from Personnel Transportation System (PTS) or in MS Excel Prepare & submit different type of Travel Request Forms for hotel, charter, train, M&G arrangements Manage contracts with service providers Report on costs involved in delivering services Minor translation/interpretation support
