Our company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of marketing strategy across several business areas.Important: This is NOT an SMM Manager, Content Manager, or entry-level marketing role. We are looking for candidates with at least four years of solid experience managing marketing projects end to end.Responsibilities:• Translate the marketing strategy into clear monthly action plans and oversee their execution under the direction of the Head of Marketing;• Develop content marketing across new channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook;• Prepare briefs for designers, video editors, and other specialists;• Work with influencers, communities, partners, and other acquisition channels;• Coordinate SEO, performance advertising, and external contractors;• Analyze leads, traffic quality, and the performance of marketing channels;• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improving results;• Monitor deadlines and the performance of the internal team and external contractors;• Work confidently with CRM systems and data analysis.Who we are looking for:• At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Senior SMM Manager, or Marketing Project Manager;• Experience managing several marketing channels simultaneously and overseeing external contractors;• A solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, and the Lead → Qualified Lead → Sale funnel;• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on results;• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;• A high level of independence: we need someone who can organize and drive execution without waiting for detailed instructions.Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to SMM will not be considered.What will be an advantage:• Experience working with the UAE or Dubai market;• Experience in premium services, recruitment, education, or service-based businesses;• Experience launching and developing new channels from scratch;• An established network of influencers, partners, or communities in the UAE.What we offer:Full-time, remote work.Our team and business are based in Dubai, so you must be prepared to work according to the UAE business schedule.When applying, please briefly answer the following questions:1.
