We're looking for an exceptional Global Franchise Development & Partnerships Manager to help shape the next chapter of our international growth. This is not a traditional franchise sales role. You will work directly with founders, CEOs, developers, family offices, investors, and major entertainment operators to build long-term partnerships that bring Hello Park into new markets around the world._________________________________________________________________________________ What You'll Do Develop new international markets; Identify strategic partners; Build relationships with C-level executives; Lead commercial negotiations; Present Hello Park to investors and operators; Manage opportunities from first introduction through signed agreements; Represent Hello Park at international exhibitions and conferences; Collaborate closely with the Founder and executive team; Help define the future growth strategy of the company. We're Looking For Someone Who Has 5+ years developing international partnerships, franchise networks, licensing, multi-unit expansion or strategic business development; Excellent English; Outstanding presentation skills; Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements; Strong business and financial understanding; Ability to build trust with senior executives; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; International mindset; Entrepreneurial thinking; Willingness to travel globally; Experience in Family Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Franchising, Location-Based Entertainment, Leisure, International licensing.
