Own marketplace marketing strategy for small domestic appliances portfolio (Gorenje and Hisense) on Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market. Supervise marketing teams of our partner, who handle day-to-day campaign execution. We expect you to understand advertising tools deeply enough to challenge execution, identify opportunities and take ownership of business results in close cooperation with our sales team. . Обязанности: Marketing strategy: Develop and manage marketing plans across marketplaces, brands and product groups. Budget ownership: Manage advertising investments by platform with full responsibility on CRR, ROAS and Adv. budget share. Partner management: Lead campaigns execution through partner’s team. Set objectives, review campaign setups, challenge performance. Organic growth: Drive improvements in product visibility, search performance, conversion, content, ratings and reviews together with relevant teams. HQ. Work closely with global ECOM HQ on the development of marketing materials, alignment of marketing strategies and adaptation of worldwide best practices to local marketplaces. Report weekly on the sales funnel, explaining what have changed and why. Требования: 3+ years in e-commerce or marketing on Russian marketplaces. Working knowledge of Ozon, WB and Yandex.Market advertising cabinets enough to review a campaign set-up, spot what is wrong and argue the case with a partner. Practical understanding of marketplace search ranking and what influences position. Strong analytics: confident with large datasets, able to build a business case for a budget and prove its return. Track record of measurable growth on marketplaces be ready to discuss specific categories, budgets and results. Experience managing external partners or agencies while staying accountable for the outcome would be an advantage. Fluent English.
