Responsibilities: Development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies for the agency's growth in the local market. Full P&L management. Ensuring the achievement of revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets. Optimization of operational processes. Building an effective agency operating system, implementing current management approaches and tools. Development of the agency's key service lines. Team development and motivation. Creating a corporate culture that aligns with the business values. Requirements: Experience as a CEO / Managing Director / General Manager in a 360 marketing agency. Proven track record in P&L management and driving the agency to sustainable financial performance. Deep understanding of the marketing agency market. Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced). Systems thinking, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
