Responsibilities: Control transactions related to suppliers settlements in the accounting software.​ Monitoring and enforcing strict compliance with the company's procurement policy Monitor and record suppliers payments.​ Notify counterparts about outstanding balances.​ Provide settlement information within deadlines.​ Ensure accurate accounting and prevent unjustified advance payments.​ Organize primary document transfers via electronic, mail, or in-person methods.​ Encourage use of electronic document management systems.​ Verify data accuracy in the accounting software.​ Review primary documentation for accounting.​ Communicate with suppliers regarding settlements.​ Check incoming documents for compliance.​ Request corrections for erroneous documents.​ Record supplier/contractor transactions in the accounting software.​ Maintain purchase ledger and create corresponding VAT entries.​ Safeguard and store primary and consolidated accounting documents.​ Reconcile contractor accounts.​ Manage daily payments and banking operations.​ Oversee invoice matching.​ Obtain and create currency control documents.​ Transfer currency control documents to banks and outsourced providers within legal timeframes.​ Ensure accurate and complete transaction recording during monthly closures.​ Produce analytic and synthetic accounting data for budgeting.​ Organize and participate in stock item and settlement inventories.​ Assist in financial and tax audits.​ Provide reliable accounting information to auditors, tax authorities, and others.​ Monitor outsourced accounting service provider's performance.​ Stay updated with Russian accounting and taxation laws.​ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.​ Foster a supportive work environment.​ Handle assets and property responsibly.​ Follow the organization's work schedule.​ Adhere to corporate culture, ethical, and legal standards.​ Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.​ Requirements: •Higher education in the field of economics, accounting, finance and credit. •At least 2 years of financial and accounting experience. •Experience in 1C software. •Knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing the rules of accounting and tax accounting. •Basic level of proficiency in both written and spoken English. •Advanced PC proficiency. •Experience in a similar position: >3 years. •Analytic skills. •Attention to details •Working time planning skills.
