Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity. ✨ About the Role Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the operational management and coordination of telecom integrations - onboarding new providers, launching and updating tariff plans, and managing APIs, billings, reports, provisioning and activation flows. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, Telecom Operations, B2B, Support teams and external partners. 📝 Responsibilities Manage and coordinate telecom integrations projects. Coordination the onboarding of new providers, launches of tariff plans, and implementation of integration changes. Provide operational support for existing integrations, including tracking changes, incidents, vendor requests, plan updates, terms and conditions, APIs, billing, and reporting. Receive and structure incoming requests related to existing integrations: identify what has changed or broken, what needs to be updated, what task needs to be created, who owns it, and how the outcome should be validated. Gather and structure input from Product, Telecom Operations, B2B, Support, Engineering teams and external partners. Help break down integration initiatives into clear and actionable development tasks. Prepare Jira tickets covering context, objectives, requirements, dependencies, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria. Document user flows, system flows, edge cases, statuses, constraints, and technical dependencies. Coordinate tasks related to API integrations, webhooks, JSON structures, request statuses, and data exchange. Align with Engineering and QA on technical constraints, dependencies, and test scenarios. Maintain a centralized project tracker for integrations, including statuses, timelines, owners, risks, blockers, and next steps. Keep integration, process, status, and decision documentation up to date. Proactively escalate risks and blockers that may affect timelines, launch quality, or the partner experience. Use AI tools to accelerate the preparation of meeting summaries, tasks, acceptance criteria, documentation, risk logs, and follow-up communications. 📩 Requirements Experience in telecom, eSIM, connectivity, roaming, MVNO/MNO, or related industries. Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Integration Manager, PMO, or in a similar role. Experience managing technical or cross-functional projects. Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously. Understanding of software development, QA, release processes, and task management. Ability to work with technical context and incomplete requirements. Strong ability to structure information, document decisions, and translate them into actionable tasks. Understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, JSON, request statuses, errors, and integration scenarios. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Ability to prepare clear status updates, project plans, meeting notes, and risk logs. Strong attention to detail and ability to drive processes through to completion. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. English proficiency sufficient for communication with partners, documentation, and collaboration within an international team. Willingness to actively use AI tools in day-to-day work. 🌟 Nice to Have Experience managing B2B partners or external providers; API or partner integrations Understanding of activation/provisioning flows, billing, payments, partner reporting, and plan management. Experience creating process flows, integration checklists, sequence diagrams, BPMN, or other process/system diagrams.
