We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Operations team. We are responsible for designing, digitalising and automating the company’s business processes, and we drive change across the entire organisation. Our team is a close-knit group of project managers and business analysts. We support each other, discuss ideas openly and work together to turn them into tangible results. This position requires mandatory relocation to Cyprus. Responsibilities Gather and analyse current processes (AS-IS). Model processes in BPMN. Identify bottlenecks and optimise processes (TO-BE). Develop regulations, guidelines and templates. Maintain the corporate knowledge base. Build systems of standards and working rules. Support and develop the company’s process architecture. Requirements 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Business Process Management Specialist. Experience writing regulations, policies or guidelines for business units. Strong BPMN 2.0 skills and experience modelling business processes, not just system interactions. Ability to build a complete picture from incomplete and contradictory information. Understanding of a process’s purpose: why it exists and how to measure whether it works well. Ability to manage multiple tasks and reach agreements with different people.
