We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to handle inbound leads and bring in new projects. We offer excellent terms for experienced sales professionals, with uncapped earning potential. Average monthly earnings across our sales team in 2026 are $8,500, with top performers earning more. What it takes to succeed Experience selling complex technical products, an understanding of blockchain technology and related marketing services, fluent spoken English, the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and a strong work ethic. What we are looking for • Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or above. The interview will be conducted in English, and 95% of client communication is in English. Our internal team communicates in Russian.• Experience in blockchain, AI or IT.• Experience working with both cold prospects and warm leads.• A proactive, independent approach. Each Sales Manager operates as an autonomous business unit with broad decision-making authority.• The ability to close deals. This is the primary and sole measure of sales performance at ICODA. What you will do • Build and maintain strong client relationships through LinkedIn, X and other channels.• Independently manage all aspects of negotiations with existing and prospective clients, including cold calling and email outreach.• Research market participants, demand and trends in the blockchain and AI industries.
