Vacancy ADMINISTRATOR IN THE SERVICE CENTER for the repair of laptops and video cards "REPAIR"
M. Belorusskaya

YOU MUST SPEAK ENGLISH.

Working hours: 5 days a week, from 11:00 - 20:00.
90000 - 140000 per month salary.
Face-to-face work in the office.
Experience is not required (we will train you).

Responsibilities:
- Leading customers regarding the repair of their devices;
- Answering incoming requests, advising and maintaining clients. The master is always there, prompts and teaches;
Monitoring of social networks (our groups) for repair requests and prompt response to the request;
Acceptance of payments and preparation of documents in Bitrix24;
Shooting photo / video content for social networks (repair process, photos before and after);
Organization of the repair process (placing orders for spare parts, arranging delivery to customers through Dostavista);
- Entering information on the site, in social networks if necessary;
Other administrative tasks within working hours.
