Head of Price Monitoring / Pricing Intelligence Lead

Role Summary

We are building a competitive pricing intelligence function from scratch to ensure smart decisions on assortment, pricing, promotions, and GMV strategy.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can design the operating model, build data workflows, and turn market signals into business action.

What you will do?

• Develop the monitoring methodology (frequency, categories, formats)
• Set up online scraping and offline price audits (vendors management)
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines + data storage with Data/IT teams
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and accurate SKU matching
• Deliver dashboards and price insights to Category & C-level
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial teams
• Optimize costs and improve market coverage

What we expect?

• 3 5+ years in e-commerce/retail/pricing/category management
• SQL, Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), ETL awareness
• Basic knowledge of web scraping / APIs is a plus
• Strong process ownership and vendor management
• Detail-oriented mindset + clear communication with business
• English preferred for tools and technical specs

Success metrics (KPIs)

• Coverage % categories & SKUs monitored
• Data accuracy % matching & price correctness
• Timeliness % speed of data delivery
• Actionability % insights used in real commercial decisions
• Cost per SKU observed
