Your role as iGaming Product Manager
You will take full ownership of product evolution and enhancement , reporting directly to the CEO. This is a key role where you ll drive product vision, execution, and delivery ensuring our products remain competitive and customer-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining deep understanding of customer experience , identifying product gaps, and generating new ideas to boost growth and market share .
- Developing and executing product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to keep the product competitive in the iGaming space.
- Translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for development teams.
- Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business impact .
- Overseeing product localization (content, UX/UI, payments, limits, mobile apps, gameplay, bonuses, etc.).
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver results with speed and efficiency.
What we expect from you
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager in iGaming/Gambling industry .
- Strong English (B2+) and fluent Russian .
- Solid skills in data analytics, market research, and competitive analysis .
- Excellent problem-solving abilities .
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional, matrix teams .
