Job Opening: Guest Relations Manager (Airbnb / Booking.com) Part-Time | Weekends Only (Saturday & Sunday) | Remote An international property management company overseeing more than 25 short-term rental properties in the United States is looking for a Guest Relations Manager to handle guest communications and operational tasks. We are hiring specifically for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to balance work with studies or other commitments, improve their English communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in the international real estate and hospitality industry. 📌 Responsibilities • Communicate with guests in English through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms • Resolve guest inquiries related to check-in, parking, housekeeping, noise complaints, and maintenance issues • Coordinate housekeeping teams, maintenance staff, and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently • Handle guest complaints, refunds, compensation requests, and reviews • Promote and coordinate additional guest services • Update property listings, coordinate supply purchases, and prepare guest instructions • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to operational processes 📌 Requirements • English proficiency: B2 or higher, with strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and pay close attention to detail • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and AI-powered tools • Reliable internet connection • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours Previous experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Hospitable, Notion, or property management systems (PMS) is a plus. 📌 What We Offer • Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) • Part-time position: Only 2 days per week • Compensation: 30,000 RUB per month • Fully remote work • Training in operational procedures and international booking platforms • Practical experience in short-term rental operations, hospitality, and property management
