We re a global Fintech company building a modern, scalable Talent Acquisition function to support fast growth. You ll join a high-ownership environment where you can drive change, shape processes and introduce smarter ways of hiring. This role is ideal for someone who wants both strategic impact and hands-on execution across international markets. You will be responsible for establishing an AI-first recruitment function, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance the hiring process and improve candidate experience.

What you ll do

Lead and develop TA team: introduce new practices, manage workload, and raise overall performance. Build and automate recruitment processes (e.g. Asana workflows), implement new tools (AI, sourcing tech), and drive continuous optimization. Forecast and plan hiring needs in line with company growth goals. Partner closely with C-level leaders and senior hiring managers to define hiring strategies for critical roles. Ensure quality, consistency, and predictability of the entire hiring lifecycle. Run end-to-end global executive search: market mapping, targeted headhunting, assessments, and offer negotiations for senior-level talent. Lead structured interviews to evaluate leadership competencies, strategic thinking, and cultural fit. Build the TA analytics system: dashboards, reporting, and insight-driven recommendations for hiring managers.

What you bring

5+ years of international recruiting experience; commercial hiring experience is a plus. Proven success introducing new tools and automating recruiting processes. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Deep headhunting expertise in global or emerging markets. Business-oriented mindset focused on outcomes, not just process execution. Analytical approach and experience with dashboards, metrics, or recruitment reporting. In-depth understanding of the current AI landscape Advanced (C1+) English for working with international leaders and candidates.
