Country IT Manager / Head of IT (Consumer Goods - Production)

The Role

The IT Manager for Russia will report to the Finance and Administration Director, and will be responsible for different sites, including offices and productions.

• Lead the IT department's activities in alignment with the company s objectives and KPIs.
• Design and execute IT development strategies, including modernization, optimization, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, databases, and end-user devices.
• Manage IT projects related to the development and deployment of information systems, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and budget.
• Oversee information security, implementing data protection measures and ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
• Coordinate with external IT contractors and service providers, overseeing quality and contract performance.
• Handle IT budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and expense optimization.
• Enforce and track adherence to corporate IT standards and procedures
• Support and improve operational IT systems, ensuring rapid troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Lead and develop the IT team by fostering motivation and professional growth, taking into account individual skills and characteristics, to help achieve both regional and global business goals.

The Candidate

• University degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role (ideally in a production company of consumer goods)
• Proven track record in executing IT projects and strategic plans
• Experience with SAP systems is an advantage
• Intermediate English
