• Drafting of documentation and other corporate correspondence
• Keeping legal files, registration documents
• Review of legal documentation
• Work under the supervision of the legal counsel to handle (reviewing and drafting) all contractual documentation in compliance with Russian legislation and internal Corporate rules
• Communicates relevant legal information (specific contract clause and general legal update) to colleagues
• Participates in contracts negotiations with counterparties
• Ensure proper use of standard contracting terms and specific approvals

• Overlooking changes in Russian legislation
• Provides a general legal advices

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

• Excellent knowledge of the Russian legislation
• Knowledge of contractual law, desire and ability to work with other legal concepts
• Basic knowledge of finance and taxation
• Planning and organizational skills
• University Graduate
• Knowledge of English
