Requirements:

Strong academic background and completed BA degree(preferably from HSE, NES, MSU or MGIMO)

2-3 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance /Strategy Consulting / etc.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English

Proactive and resourceful problem solver, capable of working in a team and eager to grow

Functional responsibilities:

Support deal execution

Conduct complex financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.) with guidance from associates and partners

Prepare key investment materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and marketing presentations

Assist in due diligence, ensuring data accuracy and supporting client interactions

Conduct industry and company research to support valuation and business development efforts
