Our Client – a well-known company (service sector) is looking for Growth Marketing Manager who will own both the marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in relevant performance marketing, growth, CRM, or user acquisition roles and can demonstrate measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Build and execute the overall growth and performance marketing strategy. Manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant performance channels. Drive new customer acquisition, app installs, registrations, first rides, and other key conversion events. Optimize campaigns based not only on CPI, but also on customer quality, conversion, retention, ROAS and LTV. Own and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns Develop initiatives designed to increase customer lifetime, frequency of use and retention, while reducing churn. Manage campaign budgets, targeting, audiences, creatives, testing, optimization and scaling. Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance and translate data into clear actions. Continuously test new campaigns, audiences, messages, offers and growth opportunities. Work independently from strategy through execution, rather than relying only on external agencies or other teams. Monitor results closely and take ownership of achieving agreed business KPIs. Required Experience Proven 3-6+ years professional experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, or a closely related role Strong hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and marketing platforms. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Hands-on experience with CRM marketing tools, automated campaigns, triggers, segmentation and push notifications. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data and KPIs. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth results, rather than only execute campaigns. Experience working with mobile apps and app user acquisition. Strong Advantage Previous experience in ride-hailing, mobility, delivery, marketplace, on-demand, or similar digital businesses. Experience with high-frequency consumer apps. Experience with attribution / MMP platforms such as Adjust. Knowledge of ASO and app-store conversion optimization. Strong written and oral English is must (minimum B2), all everyday communications are in English Conditions: Official Employment (contract with agency in Uzbekistan), 100% home-office Time schedule: 5 working days a week: Sunday - Thursday (from 9:00-till 18:00) Fully official salary: Fix + semi-annual bonuses Good opportunity of professional development in a foreign company You will need to apply for personal income tax in Uzbekistan Consulate in your city
