You will own the marketing strategy for small domestic appliances portfolio (Gorenje and Hisense) on Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market. The category is growing fast and the ambition is to multiply volume within 6 months. Campaign set-up is executed by partners' marketing teams & your job is to define what they run, why, and to hold them to the result. Обязанности: Define the performance marketing strategy for the category: which platforms, which mechanics, which SKUs, at what budget. Direct the marketing teams at our partners: set objectives, brief campaigns, review set-up quality and challenge it where it falls short. Manage the advertising budget and be accountable for CRR/ACoS, ROAS and cost per order at category and SKU level. Drive organic performance alongside paid: product card content, search relevance, ratings and reviews. Report weekly on the funnel: traffic, conversion, orders, ASP and explain what moved and why. Work with operations so budget is never spent on out-of-stock SKUs. Turn what works into repeatable playbooks across brands and platforms. Требования: 3+ years in e-commerce or marketing on Russian marketplaces. Working knowledge of Ozon, WB and Yandex.Market advertising cabinets enough to review a campaign set-up, spot what is wrong and argue the case with a partner. Practical understanding of marketplace search ranking and what influences position. Strong analytics: confident with large datasets, able to build a business case for a budget and prove its return. Experience managing external partners or agencies while staying accountable for the outcome. Track record of measurable growth on marketplaces be ready to discuss specific categories, budgets and results. Fluent English.
