Customer Support Specialist — Arabic Speaking (Night Shift) We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our partners outside of Account Managers’ working hours. You will handle routine operational requests, assist with account and transaction-related issues, provide clear guidance, and ensure that more complex cases are properly documented and escalated to the responsible team. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand a request, identify the appropriate solution, and work independently within established procedures. Responsibilities Respond to partners’ requests through online communication channels and provide timely and accurate support. Handle routine operational requests related to partner accounts, devices, account settings, and access. Assist with payment and transaction-related issues, including basic troubleshooting and identifying the cause of a problem. Support partners with account access, verification, and other standard operational procedures. Provide partners with relevant information, reports, and guidance upon request. Collect and document all relevant information when investigating an issue and clearly communicate the required next steps. Identify cases that require additional expertise and escalate them to Account Managers or other responsible teams. Provide basic assistance to partners when their Account Manager is unavailable, particularly during night shifts and weekends. Follow internal procedures and guidelines while ensuring that partner requests are handled promptly and accurately. Requirements Fluent Arabic, both spoken and written. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain processes clearly and concisely. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify relevant information quickly. High attention to detail and accuracy when working with accounts and operational requests. Ability to work independently and make decisions within established procedures. Ability to remain organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with multiple internal systems and learning new digital tools. Experience in customer support, operations, payments, fintech, iGaming, or a similar environment would be an advantage.
