Who we are looking for: We are seeking an Account and Content Manager with strong initiative, negotiation, and communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients (platforms) and partners (game providers). Responsibilities: -Help clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen-share.-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives-Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders-Forecast and track key account metrics-Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis-Monitor and analyze ongoing process-Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships-Liaise between the clients and internal teams Requirements: -Exceptional negotiation communication skills-iGaming experience is a must -Proficient in English at both written and spoken-Industry experience in slot games is a plus-Experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gambling or tech company.-Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
