Responsibilities:- Development and implementation of sales strategy in accordance with the company's goals and objectives.- Planning and coordination of sales department activities.- Definition and analysis of market trends and competitive environment.- Interaction with the company's clients and partners.- Management of key client sales and negotiations. Requirements:- Higher education in management, marketing or economics.- Experience in sales.- Deep knowledge of the market and industry trends.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Ability to analyze and make strategic decisions.- Native Somali speaker.- Knowledge of French at the communicative level (C1 - Native). and intermediate proficiency in English .
