The role covers the development of the branded direct business for Gorenje and Hisense on Russian marketplaces. The direction is at an early stage, so the person joining will help shape how it operates rather than inherit a finished system. E-commerce is the fastest-growing channel in the company. The position reports to the Head of E-commerce and involves regular collaboration with the headquarters. Обязанности: Own and grow the branded direct business across marketplaces: assortment, pricing, promotion, margin. Deliver annual, quarterly and monthly targets on GMV, gross margin and weeks of stock. Increase brand share on each platform, and understand category by category where it comes from. Initiate, plan and execute promotional campaigns. Coordinate across marketing, logistics, finance and supply . Work with HQ on assortment, planning and brand standards. Требования: Hands-on commercial experience on Russian marketplaces: at least one of Ozon, Yandex.Market or Wildberries in depth, with a working understanding of the others. Experience with 1P or 3P, and a clear grasp of how the economics differ. Strong analytics and Excel you build your own numbers and can explain what moved a result. English sufficient to work with colleagues in Europe. Fluent English. Consumer electronics or home appliances, and familiarity with GfK data. SDA category background. Experience running a business through a partner's or distributor's account. Power BI or Power Query. Opening a brand store on a marketplace from scratch.
