Требования
1.Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher) - mandatory (negotiations and business correspondence) 2. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 3. Ability to achieve results and defend company interests in negotiations 4. Experience in procurement / sourcing / international trade is a plus 5. Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, calculations, reporting) 6. Attention to detail and a structured approach to work 7. Strong communication and negotiation skills 8. SUNTEK is a manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment (voltage stabilizers, variacs, and power quality solutions). We are actively expanding our international supply chain and looking for a strong Procurement Manager to optimize sourcing and drive business growth. We are not looking for a "routine buyer." We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong logical thinking and negotiation skills, capable of improving procurement efficiency and achieving measurable outcomes. 1.Source and evaluate suppliers (including international markets, primarily China) 2. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality conditions in English (email and calls) 3. Manage the full procurement cycle: from supplier selection to delivery 4. Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities 5. Work with logistics and documentation (invoices, specifications, contracts) 6. Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality issues or claims 7. Ensure stable supply and reduce procurement risks 8.
