PURPOSE OF ROLE: Generate and implement efficient sourcing strategies for the Procurement category; Responsible for improving the category sourcing activities by analyzing the company s spending, supplying partnerships and new supplier possibilities; Responsible for improving the category by deep diving into the market research and any other possible tools which are bringing cost optimization; Responsible for appraising the category sourcing activities executed by the senior buyers; Support the deployment of the category strategy for by executing strategic & operational sourcing as per defined strategy; Provide together with PPM analytics reporting on actual volumes/ prices and variances vs. budget; Drive further optimization of sourcing & negotiation strategy by keeping up to date to latest industry & market trends regarding negotiation & sourcing. Requirements: 5-6 years hands-on experience in procurement is required; Higher education; English language Upper-Intermediate preferable; Project management skills, ability to build processes; Strong problem solving capabilities and analytical skills; Ability to see and understand end-to-end processes, cross boundary dependencies; Familiar with project management and continuous process improvement methodologies; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels.
