Key responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new vendors based on business needs. Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential and existing vendors. Collect, analyze, and compare vendor proposals. Coordinate vendor due diligence and contract approval processes. Maintain accurate vendor information and performance records in internal trackers. Coordinate with internal departments on vendor-related requests and feedback. Monitor compliance with internal procedures, SOPs, and documentation requirements. Support audits and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Logistics, Supplier Management, or a similar role. Higher education. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple processes simultaneously. Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools. Understanding of business processes, internal procedures, and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and effectively in an international remote team.
