Working according to the UAE business schedule is required.Salary: 110,000–120,000 RUB per month before taxesCompanyHeadHunter is hiring for a marketing role supporting several business areas, with the team and business based in Dubai.What you will doTranslate marketing strategy into monthly action plans and oversee execution under the Head of Marketing.Develop content marketing across YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and other channels.Prepare briefs for designers, video editors, and other specialists.Manage influencers, communities, partners, acquisition channels, SEO, performance advertising, and external contractors.Analyze leads, traffic quality, channel performance, and the Lead → Qualified Lead → Sale funnel.Prepare weekly and monthly reports, monitor deadlines, and coordinate internal and external contributors.RequirementsAt least four years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Senior SMM Manager, or Marketing Project Manager.Experience managing several marketing channels simultaneously and overseeing contractors or a team.Strong understanding of digital, performance, and content marketing.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make results-based decisions.Upper-Intermediate English or higher and availability for the UAE business schedule.High independence and the ability to organize and drive execution without detailed instructions; experience limited exclusively to SMM is not sufficient.Nice to haveExperience with the UAE or Dubai market.Experience in premium services, recruitment, education, or service-based businesses.Experience launching and developing new channels from scratch.An established network of UAE influencers, partners, or communities.Culture & BenefitsFull-time remote work.Work with a team and business based in Dubai.Hiring processApplicants should answer questions about Marketing Manager experience, managed channels, contractor or team management, English level, and UAE market experience.
